Delivery Terms and Policy

After you finish your purchase, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. We'll notify you via email when this happens and include a tracking link in an email so that you can stay in the loop.

Important Notice: Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic our shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays to the normal delivery times stated below both domestically and internationally. We apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and thank you for your continued patience.

  • XTM now offer shipping world-wide at a flat-rate $30 standard fee for all international orders.
  • Important Disclaimer for International Orders:
    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.


  • If you won't be at home to receive your delivery, please advise if you give your authority to leave your parcel in the Remarks section when placing your order, so we can give Australia Post permission to leave it at a safe place as specified by you.

  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
  • We start processing and packing your order as speedily as possible after you click 'Buy Now'. This helps us to send your goods quickly but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.
  • The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
  • If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the courier drops off your order at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mail box to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up. This applies to standard Australian deliveries.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
  • XTM is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
