Using the website was easy and delivery of goods were prompt. The mittens themselves fit well and were exactly as stated on site. I especially liked the few chocolates that came with the package. It will be unlikely that I use XTM again as our arctic holiday is a one off, but it would now be one of the first sites I would recommend to someone else. Kerrie
